You will be responsible for maintaining a 90% on-time milestone hit-rate across the project roadmap for Sundial Studio, Thryv Polyclinic, and Thryv Perform. Your work includes chairing quarterly cross-entity risk reviews, leading growth-loop diagnostics for early-phase ventures, and managing the full employee lifecycle, from preliminary interviews to quarterly culture rituals. You will establish the weekly leadership rhythms and quarterly planning cycles that define how the Studio moves from vision to validated execution.

The ideal candidate is an architectural operator with advanced leadership experience in high-growth or startup environments. You must possess a track record of building complex systems from scratch and be comfortable operating with minimal scaffolding. Once a concept is validated, you take full project ownership, managing everything from vendor selection and regulatory clearance to the creation of operational SOPs. You will own the venture P&L through the launch phase, optimizing unit economics before handing the operations over to the Managing Director once scale is proven.

The ideal candidate possesses three to five years of operating experience with a strong background in financial modeling and project execution. You must be a lean operator capable of running a small business independently while negotiating effectively with suppliers and distribution platforms. Prior experience in venture-building or management consulting is highly preferred, as is familiarity with the UAE consumer and retail market.
